The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of, inability to use, interruption of, or reliance upon the App, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, service interruptions, software defects, third-party conduct, or cyber incidents, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
